Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is due to Printful’s different production facilities or product categories.

Incorrect Item Received:

If you receive a wrong item (e.g., different color, size, or design than ordered), please contact us immediately with photos.
We will cover return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Buyer’s Remorse or Wrong Size Choice: Since our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size/color preferences unless the product arrives damaged or misprinted.
Personalized or Custom Items: Items featuring personalized text or custom designs cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Procedure

Await Approval & Instructions: We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item(s). Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
